What can My Harmony Hub do?
Setting up a Logitech Harmony Hub is confusing if you are not technically inclined. There are so many steps and so many things that can be changed, but don’t worry that’s why we’re here! So how do you set up Harmony Carbon.
Logitech myHarmony Pro 2400 provides the most up-to-date information on Harmony. A brand new hub with a wide extended antenna, a PoE Ethernet, and six 3.5mm IR ports; an on-screen touch screen and home control buttons to facilitate entertainment and home control.
Keep your devices synced
To help keep your Harmony in sync with your devices, avoid turning on and off the television, cable/satellite, and other devices manually or by using their original remote. If something is not clear then use the help feature found within the Harmony mobile app.
You can control all your sense of humor at home without raising a finger. With Harmony and Amazon Alexa or Google Home, you can start and stop Harmony Tasks, change channels, and control playback and volume, hands-free.

myHarmony has been shifted away from the website and now uses the MyHarmony desktop software and the Harmony mobile app more, depending on your remote. The website login has been removed. This is to eliminate issues related to browser intrusion problems and to expand browser policies. All existing account details are still available and are available by downloading and signing in to the new software.
Here are the steps to set up Harmony Hub.
Connect the power to the Harmony Hub via a small USB cable and connect the IR mini blaster (if required).
Download and open the Harmony app on iOS or Android. You can even download the MyHarmony desktop application.
You need to know what kind of remote you have in order to give the right instructions.
Some of our older remotes, such as Harmony One, 880, 900, 1000, and 1100, use Logitech Harmony Remote Software v7.x to add devices and make everything set. And You can also Prefer the software to make configuration changes for the upcoming time. Harmony One, 600, 650, and 700 remote users can upgrade to MyHarmony if they previously used 7.x software to set up their remote.

Both MyHarmony desktop software and Harmony remote software v7.x will notify you and direct you to the appropriate software for your remote control if you enter something wrong by mistake.
Select “Set new hub”
Select the WiFi Hub network to connect and enter the WiFi password.
My Harmony Login Connectivity
As mentioned, this allows you to reconnect to different Bluetooth or Wi-Fi / IP devices if they have lost the connection for some reason. you may have some problems with Fire TV disconnection. Harmony Hub receives commands using RF (radio frequency). This means you do not need a direct viewing line to control the hub via a smartphone, tablet, or any of the RF-Harmony remote controls. The hub sends commands via RF, IR (Wi-Fi), and Bluetooth. IR markers will require some form of visual recognition. The built-in mini blaster boosts the IR signals. This means that IR signals are more likely to be detected by the device. RF (Wi-Fi) and Bluetooth-controlled devices do not require the line of sight to be controlled.
Sign in to your Harmony account, if you do not have one, and create a new account.
Select “Install new remote” if you do not have the remote-control settings in the past.
If you are a previous Harmony user and would like to import the backup of its devices and functions, you will be able to copy it to your new Harmony Hub. If you do not have the previous Harmony remote, select No, Set New.
Adding Devices – The hub will auto-detect devices that are controlled by the same IP commands. Click on “Install Device” to addon additional devices. Install your devices:
Harmony will first try to find your other connected devices like Sonos, Roku, and Philips hue.
Press the Insert Device button at the bottom of your screen to add more home entertainment and home automation devices.
If required, Harmony will ask you to enter a username and password for some of your services so that we can communicate with them.

It will automatically create Tasks or guides by building them based on available devices to help setting up your one-touch experience.
You will now be able to set up your favorite TV channels. Enter your zip code to help locate local service providers, and select from a list of crowded channels.
And that completes the set of Harmony Hub! Click on exit to save the changes you have made. The work must appear and work properly. If you want to install more devices or functions, you can do that on the homepage of the compatibility control app.
