The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) provides online systems and resources for staff and students. Online resources include everything accessed via a computer or a telecommunications network.

- The TDSB takes the necessary steps to ensure the safety of the resources and information available to them. TDSB reserves the right to monitor the use of online resources by all access to the systems.
- TDSB is a partner of Google Apps for Education. As a result, Gmail is a student email product that will help other Google apps such as Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Class. Gmail will enable:
- An email service managed and supported by TDSB IT Services staff.
- A safe and secure learning environment connected to and connected to the Educational Workplace.

TDSB for Staff
AW login site (https://aw.tdsb.on.ca/) helps students and TDSB staff to communicate individually. Educational Workplace (AW) Students or staff can log into an AW account with using their TDSB username and password.
SAMS is a TDSB service that allows teachers to change student network passwords.

- Sign in with your TDSB Account and click on School Account Management System (SAMS)
AW TDSB Login
If you already have a registered account, then you do not need to create a new one;
- Go to the official AW login page with the official linktdsb.on.ca.
- Just log in with your login details. You will need to be provided with this through the AW login Portal Login, or register or with your Aw Portal Login authority.
- Your screen will appear with the message “logged in successfully”. Congratulations, you have now successfully signed in to AW Portal Login.

TDSB Password Reset for Students and Staff
If you still have a problem, ask your teacher to reset your password, using SAMS. It will be set to your default shared password as defined in your school agenda: the last four digits of student number + 2 birthday digits + 2 digits of the month of birth + @Tdsb
Points to Keep in Mind
- Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- Make sure you clear the cache or the cookies of your browser.
- Make sure the internet connection is available and definitely before trying again.
- Avoid using a VPN, as this can be problematic while logging in.

After troubleshooting, follow the steps given below to login.
- From the TDSB computer, click on the AW icon or Chrome browser. Both of these will take you to your AW school site.
- At your AW school site, hover over the Google tab in the horizontal navigation bar.
- From the drop-down menu, select Google Drive.
- If this is your first time accessing your Google TDSB Drive, you may need to agree to the Terms of Service.
- You can now access your TDSB Google Drive – also known as My Drive
- If you are not on the TDSB computer or have access to the home, then open the Chrome browser and go to aw.tdsb.on.ca
- Here you will have to log in with the TDSB login credentials and follow the steps above.
